What this site does
Section titled “What this site does”exonaut.app is a static documentation site with one form: the early-access waitlist. There are no accounts, no payments, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. Reading the site sends nothing about you to us beyond what any web server sees when it serves a page.
The waitlist
Section titled “The waitlist”When you join the waitlist we store what you type into the form:
- your name;
- your work email address;
- your company;
- the size band of your tenant;
- optionally, what you would automate first.
We also keep a hash of your IP address (SHA-256, not reversible to the address) for ten minutes, used only to limit how often the form can be submitted from one place. It is deleted automatically after that and is never linked to your entry.
Purpose: to contact you about early access to exonaut, its launch and its pricing, and to understand who is interested so that the first release fits its users. Nothing else: no newsletter, no resale, no profiling.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected]; we then delete your entry.
Where it is stored and who processes it: entries are written to Cloudflare Workers KV with the European Union jurisdiction setting, and the site, the form endpoint and the storage run on Cloudflare’s platform. Cloudflare, Inc. acts as a processor under its data processing addendum. No other processor is involved and nothing is shared with anyone else.
How long: until launch, when every entry is either turned into a customer record under a separate notice or deleted, or earlier on your request.
Your rights
Section titled “Your rights”Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, in Romania the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
Server logs
Section titled “Server logs”Cloudflare keeps standard, short-lived request logs for the operation and security of its network under its own terms. We do not export or analyse them.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”If the site starts doing more than this, the notice changes first and the date above moves.
